Mr. Hale's projects ranged from advising the Governments of foreign countries on technology transfer strategies and cultural property respectively. He has assisted on trade promotion projects with Department of Commerce. After the White House project, he started a small boutique federal advisory/business development firm and soon was able to secure contracts with big companies such as AT&T, Boeing, GE, Motorolla, and General Motors. He continued to grow the business, and he and his key staffers have been working together for more than 30 years.
